The previous app experience was much better than this one. I have multiple accounts and could previously just toggle through them with out having to login multiple times. I could also see the balance on the accounts i was transfering money to and that helped me make sure I was transfering to the right acct. Don't like this app or online experience.

Like many other reviewers, I dislike having to enter my password each time I access the app. The old pin access was much better. But my major annoyance is that I cannot make a mobile deposit quietly. A loud voice directs me on how to position my check. That's not acceptable in my situation where quiet is required. There is no option in settings to control this. So I have to remember to lower the media volume down to mute before taking the 2 photos, and then raise the volume back up afterwards.

Not happy. Unable to link multiple accounts, like in the last app, and switch quickly between them. Plus, there isn't a quick code to enter in. I'm forced to enter in my password each time and log out before I can access my other account??? No, thank you. Also, the deposit check process is SLOW and difficult to use compared to the old app. Pima...you have some changes to make!
