I had my husband & 2 sons acc num saved and we transfer to each other often. This is the 2nd time their accounts disappeared from my saved list plus our join checking. I cannot make any transfers to any of them. This is happening for the second time. The first time I could added them again. But that option disappeared and it is not possible any more. Totally frustrated.

Downgrade!!! Now I have to remember user names and passwords for both accounts, you had just gotten it right on the old app where it was easy to switch between accounts! In settings it shows that I have alerts set up, but I received no notifications for direct deposits. Bring back the old app, until you actually have a working upgrade with the features that we loved

Not happy. Unable to link multiple accounts, like in the last app, and switch quickly between them. Plus, there isn't a quick code to enter in. I'm forced to enter in my password each time and log out before I can access my other account??? No, thank you. Also, the deposit check process is SLOW and difficult to use compared to the old app. Pima...you have some changes to make!
