Why on earth was this app redesigned? The old app was perfectly fine. An upgraded experience was promised; however, this app seems to lack many of the features of the old one. For example, there is no longer the ability to manage my debit card alerts, limits, etc. And from what I can see online, you no longer support texting, only email.

Horrible. This version of the app is just awful. I lost the ability to see when things are pending. There are connection issues all the time. Just the worst banking app I have ever used. Edit: Still the worst app out there. They don't seem to listen to their customers. We lost abilities that we had on the last version.

It seems very difficult to take pictures I get a brand new phone and I have to do four or five pitches before I get it correctly not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I follow the instructions perfectly
