Only half of the functionality is working. EG battery state and thus charging time is never shown. The only things that work for me are remotely starting the air conditioner, check some driving statistics and locate the car. everything is extremely slow, though and does not always work. Overall a very poor experience that did not improve in the last 3 months that I used it with my new Leaf.

Worked fine (although slow) up until the latest app update. Now it doesn't recognise my ID and/or password. For a while I still received notifications but these seem to have stopped now too. Help! Update: Nissan UK were quick to offer support and their advice to reinstall the app got it working again for me. Many thanks

This is my first time owning a Nissan and part of the reason for my purchase was wanting to be able to use the app to do things remotely. It has been three or four weeks now and neither the app or the web portal seems able to connect to the car. Customer support has not proffered a solution in all that time and just seem to constantly come back to me asking questions about which devices I am using. Deeply disappointed and judging by what others are saying, the app is pretty much useless!
