Worked fine (although slow) up until the latest app update. Now it doesn't recognise my ID and/or password. For a while I still received notifications but these seem to have stopped now too. Help! Update: Nissan UK were quick to offer support and their advice to reinstall the app got it working again for me. Many thanks

This is my first time owning a Nissan and part of the reason for my purchase was wanting to be able to use the app to do things remotely. It has been three or four weeks now and neither the app or the web portal seems able to connect to the car. Customer support has not proffered a solution in all that time and just seem to constantly come back to me asking questions about which devices I am using. Deeply disappointed and judging by what others are saying, the app is pretty much useless!

This app has always been spectacularly slow. Sometimes to the point where you think it's broken. Walking back to the car to check the battery level would be faster, but putting on the heater to clear the windows while the car remains locked is useful on the occasions where the app does work. Yesterday I updated the app so now it will not even open. My delete the app and re download it has unfortunately not worked.
