It was great to use the app, but unfortunately I can only use the website nowadays. All the features remain the same, apart from the GPS location of the car, which is not available on the site. I never understood why the 2G being disconnected has anything to to with the app, because the website still works with my 2016 Leaf I still use the app almost to let me know when the battery is charged, it how much charge does it have at a given time. Clearly the 2G still works

I have edited my review for this app several times, and am now gradually coming to terms with it. When it succeeds in contacting the Nissan server, it provides useful information, but since it uses SMS messaging to do that, it can be frustratingly slow. If you live in a poor reception area then it may be impossible to find your current charge level - vital information! The contrast between the technology of the vehicle (which I love) and this support app is stark.

I bought a new[Nokia 6.1 Android 9] phone a few weeks ago and installed the app, but it wouldn't run no matter what I did, so I uninstalled it. Saw in the appstore that there was an update, so I installed this morning and it's working a treat. It has all my history etc... The only thing that concerns me is the pop up after logging in stating in English and Dutch that this version will no longer work after 21 December 2018! Showing v3.2.0
