About this app

Dignite Campus is the app for students of Japanese language schools that use the Dignite Campus school management system. To use it, you join your school with the school code your school gives you. If your school does not use Dignite Campus, you cannot use the app.

JOIN YOUR SCHOOL
Enter your school code and the link code from your school (or your student number, date of birth and residence card number) to create your account and join.

MY STUDENT RECORD
See what your school has on record for you at any time: enrollment status, status of residence, period of stay, permission for part-time work and more. The home screen tells you when your period of stay is about to end.

PART-TIME WORK RECORD
Record your part-time work every day. Same as last time? One tap. See your total for the last 7 days and your daily and weekly limits at a glance. Reminders tell you when a day is not recorded yet.

PAYSLIPS
Take a photo of your payslip, or choose a photo or PDF, and upload it. AI reads the dates and amounts; you check them against the original. A screenshot of your bank statement shows that the pay arrived. You can also compare the hours on your payslip with your daily records.
Before any image is sent to AI, the app tells you where it goes and what it contains, and asks for your consent.

ASK YOUR SCHOOL
Tell your school what is troubling you, in the language you are most comfortable with. You can attach photos and PDFs. You get a notification when your teacher replies.

SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Get your school's announcements, with a notification when a new one arrives.

8 LANGUAGES
日本語, English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Tiếng Việt, नेपाली, Burmese, বাংলা

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

The app is free for students.
