Dignity Transportation is a special needs transportation provider operating throughout the province of Ontario, Canada. The company provides reliable transportation services to schools, hospitals, healthcare facilities, doctor appointments, and other destinations across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
We are developing a comprehensive transportation management application designed to improve communication, streamline dispatch operations, and provide a better experience for both drivers and customers.
On the driver side, drivers can view and manage their scheduled dispatches with accurate information including dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations. The application also includes our proprietary “Circle Check” feature, allowing drivers to complete daily vehicle inspection forms, submit vehicle mileage, and report any maintenance or safety concerns requiring attention. Drivers can also access invoices, driver memos, and other important operational information directly through the app.
On the newly developed customer side, customers can conveniently manage their transportation requirements from one platform. They can request new dispatches, view upcoming scheduled transportation, request quotes, review dispatch history, access and view invoices, and securely make payments.
By bringing drivers and customers together through a single, user-friendly platform, the application helps Dignity Transportation improve operational efficiency, enhance communication, provide greater visibility into transportation services, and deliver a more convenient and reliable experience for everyone involved.
