The dedicated lesson distinguishes simple, compound, sequential and coordinated sentences through predicate count, verbals, punctuation and conjunctions. It covers participial, conditional, embedded and “ki” compound patterns; shared versus independent sequential structures; and the importance of checking predicate count even when a conjunction appears.
