DILDENT – Digital Interactive Learning for Dental Education
DILDENT is a digital learning application designed to support undergraduate dental students in developing knowledge and practice skills related to Dental Treatment Protocols (DTP).
The application brings dental education and interactive digital learning together, providing students with an engaging way to review, practise and reinforce their knowledge.
Learn Through Interactive Practice
DILDENT uses interactive educational activities to support active learning. Instead of relying only on traditional study methods, students can explore dental topics through digital scenarios, challenges, questions and feedback.
The learning experience is designed to encourage students to think about dental treatment procedures, apply their knowledge and improve their understanding through repeated practice.
Dental Treatment Protocols
A central focus of DILDENT is the understanding and application of Dental Treatment Protocols. The project works towards harmonising treatment protocols by reviewing existing practices, literature and guidelines across partner universities.
The resulting educational content is intended to help students develop a more structured understanding of dental treatment procedures and strengthen their preparation for clinical education.

The project is developing a collection of digital interactive learning tools designed to support understanding of Dental Treatment Protocols. These tools use engaging learning activities, challenges and feedback to promote active learning and problem-solving.
