Ai Scanner Pro is a document scanning and PDF management application for Android devices. The core function of this app is to utilize the device camera to capture images of physical documents, receipts, ID cards, and books, and convert them into digital PDF files.

The application provides a scanning tool that automatically detects document edges, applies automatic cropping, and processes the image resolution for reading clarity. Users can export these processed images as PDF files.

For text processing, the app includes Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This feature extracts text from scanned images, allowing users to copy or save the text. It also includes a translation tool to convert the extracted text into different languages. An integrated text-to-speech engine allows users to listen to the extracted text.

The app offers file conversion functionalities. Users can convert images to PDF, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, and PowerPoint to PDF. It also supports converting images to text (TXT) and images to Excel formats.

For PDF editing and security, users can merge multiple PDF files, split single PDF files into multiple pages, add custom watermarks, and apply digital signatures to documents. Users can also lock PDF files with password protection. The application includes integration that allows users to interact with their PDF files through chat and voice-to-PDF commands.

File management is handled through a main dashboard featuring bottom navigation, smart tabs, and thumbnail views. Scanning is initiated via a central blue plus button. All files are permanently saved to the local device Documents folder. Additional app settings include an auto-save toggle, a trash bin for deleted files, and visual customization for dark and light interface modes.
