DilmahSync is the official internal tool for the Dilmah Organization, designed to streamline business card capture and contact management at trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

Point your camera at any business card and DilmahSync instantly extracts contact details — names, emails, phone numbers, job titles, companies, and addresses — using advanced AI-powered OCR technology. Supports double-sided and multi-language cards.

✏️ MANUAL ENTRY
Prefer to type? Add contacts manually with a clean, intuitive form. Assign categories, events, and team members on the go.

☁️ SALESFORCE SYNC
Captured contacts are automatically synced as Leads in your organization's Salesforce CRM. Each lead is enriched with event details, customer categories, assignment info, and geocoded addresses — no manual CRM data entry required.

📂 CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Browse active campaigns and events directly from the app. Associate every scanned contact with the right event for accurate reporting and follow-up.
