Event BDR puts trained business development reps on the floor at the trade shows and exhibitions that matter to you, capturing qualified leads and booking meetings while the event is still running.

This app is the companion to the Event BDR platform and requires an existing account.

FOR REPS

- See the events you can work, set your availability, and apply for the ones that suit you.
- Get called up for a booking and know exactly where to be, when, and what the client sells.
- Study the client brief before the doors open, so you are on message from the first conversation.
- Check in and out at the venue by location, or by photo if you would rather not share it.
- Capture a lead in seconds: scan a business card, dictate your qualification notes, or type them.
- Track what you have earned, request a payout, and follow it through to your bank.
- Stay with the floor team through live messages from ops while the event is running.

FOR CLIENTS

- Book reps for an upcoming event and brief them properly on what you need.
- Watch the floor live while the event is on: who is working, and what they are bringing in.
- Read every lead as it lands, with the qualification notes attached.
- Manage your balance and billing in one place.

WHY THE APP ASKS FOR PERMISSIONS

- Location is read only at the moment you check in or out of a shift, to confirm you are at the venue. It is never read in the background, and if you decline it you can check in with a photo instead.
- The camera is for check-in photos, business cards, and materials collected on the floor.
- The microphone is for dictating lead notes. Speech is transcribed on your device, and only the text is saved.
- Notifications carry call-ups, messages from the floor team, and payout updates.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR

Available in English and Arabic. Floor Mode switches the app to pitch black automatically when you check in, tuned for exhibition hall lighting and a long day on your feet.
