DiMeals plans your week of meals, turns it into a shopping list, and tells you what each meal cost, using your own prices.
HOW IT WORKS
You plan the week. You get the shopping list. You shop. With Premium you scan the receipt and the prices land where they belong and stay there for next time. Without it you type them in yourself.
WHAT YOU GET
• 64 ready-written recipes, with steps, quantities and timings, in English, Romanian and German.
• A library of 258 products with their nutrition values.
• Weekly planning: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with portions for each meal.
• A shopping list built from the plan, which takes into account what you already have at home.
• Prices kept as a log: a new price is added, it does not erase the old one.
• Your own recipes, typed by hand or brought in from text, with notes that stay on the recipe.
• A daily calorie goal, worked out from your own figures.
• A backup in a single file that you carry to your next phone.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Everything you enter yourself stays free: your recipes, your plan, your list, your prices and your daily goal.
Premium is for what DiMeals does for you: scanning of receipts, labels and recipes; filling the week by price, by goal and by what you already have; the cost of every meal and every portion, worked out from your prices; calories per recipe and for your own portion.
Nutrition figures are estimates calculated from ingredients. DiMeals is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
YOUR DATA
Your recipes, plan, list, prices and photos are stored on your own phone.
Scanning needs an account, because the reading happens on a server. The account holds your email address, how many scans you have made, and the date your subscription ends. The photo or text you send to be read is not kept by us. The reading is done by a provider in the European Union, and what you send is not used to train models; the details are in the privacy policy. You can delete your account from inside the app, and the deletion is real.
The rest of the app works without an account.
THE SUBSCRIPTION
A monthly or yearly subscription that renews on its own until you cancel it in the subscription settings of your store account. The price and currency are shown by the store before you confirm.
For eligible accounts the monthly plan starts with 14 free days, once only.
If the subscription ends, everything you entered stays: your recipes, your plan, your list, your prices and your backup.
