Ratings and reviews

Devices are shotty. There is constant issues with the hardware. You have to check everyday to see if your hardware connects. Support isn't great they set up times then correspond with a message stating that there was no ticket number and then reschedule. For the amount you pay to get the hardware the service SUCKS. good luck

Updating a device never goes smoothly; previously you had to delete the saved bluetooth device and reconnect the device to the car port, now even this doesn’t help.

It's ridiculous how much people complain when most of the time the issue is having no trouble shooting skills or the patience to onboard a new device and app. I didn't expect a completely seemless onboarding of my auto-pi or macaron. I've been in this project for about 2 years now and it's amazing. I'm sure most of the people who have given one star ratings are impatient, ungrateful, and incompetent. Dimo is definitely a leader in the Depin space. The team is doing an amazing job. Easy 5x EOY
