works excellent with own brand but with the best paper the Spirit brand it needs higher density printing anď the app only allows for 3 and it needs a 6 so it fails with high quality paper. please fix. edit: when splitting a tattoo image it just makes the same a4 size into 4 pieces of thermal paper instead of stretching the image to 4 full size images for larger tattoos. edit: The stencil size needs to adjustable in the spilt print screen option!

app - to save your print you have to be logged in but one you have one it then logs you out, to sign in you need a verification code which is sent via email after 24hours now still not receiving the email with this and it times out after 1 minute. CS is pointless, starting in Chinese and then no help saying to log in with a phone number but no option to do this. mega frustrating. also says Bluetooth, but it's restricted to thiers app and another app couldn't pick up the printer

Does more than I expected. Fully customizable print options and easy to print software. Apparently this is better than it was, but I'm impressed by how it works as of May 2026.
