The app keeps stopping and is not showing on my phone. I have re-downloaded it 3 times, Saturday, yesterday and again today. This is the last time, it will be returned if it does it again! The watch itself is cool, my music from the headphones sound real good, and my calls are clear. Changing dials is easy too. Y'all need to work on this app tho, cause it sucks. Thanks

*HOW TO FIX APP SYNC ISSUE* register with a different email address. Your current email won't work bc it's already been used. I just tried this and the app works perfectly fine. If this was helpful hit the "YES" button.

The app has been good since June and then suddenly stopped opening. I have uninstalled and installed, cleared cache, allowed permission, rebooted wrist watch... All to no avail. I'm happy the ear buds are working independently and perfectly but I can't use the wrist watch itself because it needs the app to set the time. Is the company still working? Because you can't have all of these app instability feedback and stay mute. Please do something quickly.
