This app is trash. The smoothie cafe stated they didn't take mobile coupons, so I would have to go all the way back home to print it. I drove 15 minutes out and lost $5 of my credit. Boomer app. When I tried to print the coupon, the app also crashed on me. I couldn't bring it up again, but I took a screenshot of the coupon before it happened. Your software engineers suck.

We are sorry for your experience. Each merchant listed in Dining Advantage has an active agreement with Entertainment. During the Print redemption process, it does state "Print from your computer not on mobile device" as our app does not support print functionality.

This isn't a platform to order food, goods or services from restaurants etc. It's a platform to get coupon codes to use at restaurants etc. It's a coupon seller. You buy points (which are misleading by being labeled with a dollar sign) to redeem for coupons. You can get similar or better deals -- without a cost -- from the restaurants/stores themselves. If you eat out anyways and get free credits for this, it's okay with extra steps. Probably safer to never install in the first place.

We are sorry if the program was not understood. Dining Advantage provides printable or mobile coupons that are redeemed when you pay your bill at the merchant. Orders are placed in-person, by phone, or via the merchant's website. Please see our FAQ pages if additional information is needed.

Am i understanding this concept correctly? You don't just downloaded this app and get discounts. You have to buy credits up front ($15 for $25 worth of credit, $40 for $100 worth of credit), then use those credits to apply the discounts. So if a discount says you save $10 and you bought $50 worth of credit for $25, then you actually only saved $5 instead of the advertised $10. This seems like a scam at worst and convoluted at best.

The majority of Dining Advantage users received a credit from another business/organization as a means of rewarding loyalty or behavior. For them, there's no cost involved at all. We do offer the ability to purchase supplemental credit at discounted rates. A $100 credit costing $40 still is a $60 potential savings. Of course, purchase is voluntary.
