DIPR UP is the official web platform of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (Soochna Vibhag), Government of Uttar Pradesh.
The platform features the Soochna Food Expense Management System (SFEMS), a secure and efficient digital solution designed to streamline the management of food-related expenses (tea, coffee, snacks, and meals) across various government departments.

SFEMS replaces traditional manual processes with a transparent, accountable, and paperless system that ensures faster approvals, better financial control, and complete audit readiness.
Built using modern technology stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL), the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for official government use.
All data is processed and stored as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable government guidelines.
