DIPR UP is the official web platform of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (Soochna Vibhag), Government of Uttar Pradesh.
The platform features the Soochna Food Expense Management System (SFEMS), a secure and efficient digital solution designed to streamline the management of food-related expenses (tea, coffee, snacks, and meals) across various government departments.

All data is processed and stored as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable government guidelines.
