another wallpaper app that wants me to shut off my VPN for it to work, I don't understand why this is such a big deal, I can't find a wallpaper app that doesn't want me to shut off the VPN, it should not make a difference, I'll be uninstalling this app also, it should work if the VPN is on or not.
