Understand how your speakers and listening room work together.

Room Reference guides you through room setup, safe level adjustment and measurements around your listening position. Review the response, explore possible room-mode relationships and compare saved sessions after changing speaker placement or equalisation.

MEASURE YOUR SETUP
• Capture left and right speakers at five listening-area positions.
• Choose available microphone and playback routes, including compatible USB audio interfaces.
• Use an optional microphone calibration profile or measure without one.
• Adjust playback level and internal input gain with a clear target area on the level meter.
• Play measurement signals through a wired connection or compatible DLNA renderer on your local network.

UNDERSTAND YOUR ROOM
• Enter room dimensions and place speakers and your listening position.
• Use optional camera-assisted room scanning on supported ARCore devices.
• Inspect measured frequency response, room-mode estimates and analysis confidence.
• Explore suggested EQ adjustments, then measure again to assess their effect.

COMPARE AND KEEP TRACK
• Save measurement sessions on your device.
• Compare results as you refine your listening setup.
• Keep room layouts and microphone profiles together in one app.

For useful room measurements, use an external speaker system and a suitable microphone. Compatibility and available routes depend on your Android device and connected audio hardware. Camera-assisted scanning requires a supported device; manual room setup is available without it.

Set your system to a comfortable listening level before playback. Excessive output can damage hearing and speakers. Results depend on microphone quality, calibration, placement and room conditions. Room-mode matches and EQ suggestions are guides to investigate and verify through repeat measurement.
