The app randomly closes while I'm filling out a unit turn or work order information. It would also be helpful to be able to access administrative menus and Unit configurations through the app instead of having to jump back to the website. Edit- The app continues to close out randomly and will crash even after the app opens and unfortunately being able to complete unit turns or work orders is a nightmare because every time the app crashes nothing saves and I have to redo all the information.

There was a recent update, and now there are no longer the check marks showing where you completed a subset of tasks, and if a task won't complete, you are forced to go back through every level of every step to try to see what you missed. The new layout is difficult to navigate and links are not always highlighted, so if you select a task wrong, too high in the box for instance it may take you to the data on the piece of equipment rather than the, in my case, inspection task for said equipment.

The May update is awful. Tels went from easy to navigate, simple interface, no clutter- to- a congested and cluttered text boxes everywhere, complex and ugly interface, bugs while trying to filter my work orders. How any one agreed to pass this update and agreed it was better than the version of Tels we had before May 4th, 2026, should be out of a job today. You took an easy to use simplified app & made it difficult. Ruined the app in 1 update.
