Just finished the free trial and I plan on buying the whole game. The free trial gives you about 2-6 hours of gameplay (depending on skill level) that you can repeat infinity. Story and graphics are amazing. Movement controls are great, but I won't call them perfect. Every (non-boss) enemy can punish mistakes, yet most aren't so tough with the right strategy. Bosses are very hard, yet you can tell they're beatable. Even if you don't want to buy the whole game, you should play the free trial.

Ohhhh my lord this game is fun. It has everything I want. Free-flowing movement, modern input buffering, cancellable animations, good hit/hurtbox coding, and to top it all off, fast combat. I highly recommend an 8BitDo controller BT connected to your phone. It makes this feel like a genuine console experience. Also, it has those optional difficulty spike fights really early in the game. You know, the ones you're totally not supposed to try hundreds of times? Who doesn't love those?

It is a v. gothic game. A great deal of symbolic artwork imo. A person could love it or hate it. I loved it. The soundtrack is good, the graphics are exact and v. evocative. For people less into the dark ages or the truly gothic or postmodern and deconstructive, more into character or high impact plotlines I can perhaps see some criticism arising. I, myself, feel no such criticism and like the game very much.
