👥 ROLES, PERMISSIONS, AND “IMPERSONATION” We’ve revolutionized access management. In addition to the basic Administrator and Teacher roles, you can create Custom Roles (e.g., Front Desk, Maintenance) by enabling or disabling specific permissions using a simple matrix (Viewer/Editor/Disabled). Exclusive Feature: Administrators can use “Impersonate” mode to navigate the platform from another user’s perspective and provide immediate support.
📚 COURSES, STUDENTS, AND STAFF UNDER CONTROL Manage student and staff records based on assigned permissions. Filter by status (active/inactive) and organize your location’s courses in just a few taps. (Note: Access and official school registration are handled securely by our team.)
💰 FINANCES, EXPENSES, AND BUDGETS Keep track of all transactions: • Comprehensive receipt management (date, type, amount). • Set hourly rates. • Monitor expenses and budgets that are intelligently linked: if you disable expenses, budgets automatically adjust to ensure maximum security for sensitive data.
