Overall never admit their app or site problems, the service when it works is great but at around 1000 users it's a WHITE SCREEN. When there are too many users it just doesn't work, at all, and I'm told that's not server capacity issues. Run a load test! But customers are told that has nothing to do with server capacity. The problems are many. I tried and was even overly naive thinking it was my fault. Just save your money and don't waste it

The new interface is so incredibly convoluted and complicated. Not to mention I have to login every time I open the app even though I'm clicking remember me. Emailed support and they basically blamed it on my device even though others have the same issue. I cannot believe USAC and other series support this garbage. I'm cancelling after this season. It used to be fun but now it sucks.

terrible. my account subscription was totally lost. TWICE. my point total was deducted as well. way too many bugs and support is not helping very well.
