DiscoverWorthy Orbit is a notebook for the people you meet, kept by Keeper, our butler penguin.
You meet people all day: at the footy, at the school gate, on a job. Some of them will matter later. Orbit is where you put them, the moment you meet them, without filling in a single form.
Just tell Keeper
Tap the button and say it the way you would tell a friend: "Met Tom, he coaches my son Jack's team, has a plumbing business, Lisa is his wife, wants a quote for a reno."
Keeper writes it all down. Tom, Lisa, Jack and the team go into your book, with how they connect to each other and what you know about each of them. If Tom wants work done, a deal goes into your business's pipeline too. Prefer to type? That works just as well.
"Which Tom?"
If you know two Toms, Keeper asks before he files anything, so nothing ends up with the wrong person. If he got something wrong, take it back with one tap.
Who owes who
"Angelo will send me the plans on Monday." "Tom helped me move house." Keeper keeps the promises and favours between you, and shows at a glance whether you owe them or they owe you, and when it's due.
Ask Keeper
"Who do I know who does plumbing?" "Whose birthday is next?" "What's stuck in quoting?" Ask in plain words and Keeper answers from what you have told him, with the people to tap straight through to.
Everyone in one place
Each person has their own page: how you know them, what you know about them, what's owed, any work you have done together, and everything you have ever said about them. If you let him, Keeper finds the people you mention in your phone's contacts and adds their number for you. Call, text or email them in one tap.
From a chat to a quote
When someone wants work done, start the quote right there. Parley drafts it from what you told Keeper and your own prices, you change anything you like, and send it by email or text.
Your pipeline, in your pocket
See the work you are chasing and the work you have won, stage by stage. Keeper tells you when a quote has gone quiet for too long, and the big button becomes "Chase Priya" so the next thing to do is always one tap away.
Reminders, if you want them
A morning nudge for what's due and whose birthday it is, and a Saturday reminder about someone you haven't mentioned in a while. Each one has its own switch.
Keeper's game
A quick round of questions about your own people, to keep names and details fresh before you need them.
Private by design
Your book is yours. Nothing crosses into your business's records unless you choose to: add someone to the business, chase work, or make a promise to one of its customers. How people connect, family, birthdays, favours and your notes never go across. Nothing is sold, there are no ads and no tracking. You can delete everything Orbit knows, or your whole account, from Settings.
Look around first
Not ready to sign in? Tap "Look around first" and try Orbit with a made-up business and its people. Nothing is sent anywhere.
