Raphael: Angel of Mercury is a quiet, illuminated-manuscript companion for the hours of Mercury, the planet the old tables give to Raphael, the angel whose name means "God heals".
HOURS — a caduceus "staff of the day": twenty-four unequal planetary hours for your place as beads on a winged staff, Mercury's hours marked in green, with a live countdown to the next. Optional chimes when a Mercury hour opens (or a few minutes before), with hush hours at night.
SKY — Mercury's dance beside the Sun: how far east or west of the Sun it stands, whether it is a morning or evening star today, its bearing and height from where you are, whether it is retrograde, and the date of its next greatest elongation — the best time to actually see it.
TABLE — Agrippa's 8×8 Table of Mercury, every line summing to 260, with Raphael, Tiriel and Taphthartharath traced across it as vector sigils and the arithmetic shown.
WORDS — original prayers for the road, for healing, for someone you love and for a good meeting, beside King James scripture including Tobit 12:15.
LORE — Tobias and the fish, Raphael in Enoch and the Talmud, the Heptameron's Wednesday, and an honest note on where the old sources disagree.
ROAD — a journal for healings, journeys, study and reconciliations, recording how you felt before and after; little apothecary jars show what lifts you most.
WIDGETS — a Caduceus medallion and a Quicksilver Vial that fills toward Mercury's hour, each with its own clarity from clear glass to solid vellum.
