Ratings and reviews

It's one of the better apps for carpooling. But the app really needs a lot of improvements if more users are to use it. The app has a lot of Sync issues with the data and it becomes really slow. Moreover route selection for a ride is absolutely pathetic and the map in it is very difficult to use it. The app development team needs to iron out these issues to ensure a pleasant user experience.

Initial experience was good. But having lot of issue off late. Location choosing does not work properly, hangs or does not show riders...many problems. Looking for a different app now. If a better alternative comes in the market you guys will have a tough time. I heard many people saying there are issues. your 4.4 rating could be initial one. I edited my rating.

1. Many times it happens that the ride taker cancels the ride right at the time of pick up which causes real inconvenience and no compensation for that too. 2. Customer care has turned blind for the concerns. 3. All the chats history gets deleted repeatedly. 4. Riders who have not used the app since ages are still shown. 5. Repeatedly the app shows inaccurate routes. Overall this app is not long lasting. Only use it if you are looking for short term.
