bad experience riding the bus with the serial number that i used to ride with no problem (more like minor act of racism to me :). Also, there's no complaint section in the app about which bus I'm riding as if it doesn't accept any criticism! So infuriating!

It lacks important feature and the UI/UX are... very lacking, I must say. We cannot top up our credits. The interface are squished. Could have named the section better like "Transport Routes" or something instead of just putting it randomly and make the user guess what is it.

the app keeps crushing, can't log in, can't click anything, can't load any information. my connection is working just fine and I even cleared the cache. nothing works. please fix asap
