DispatchPilot Driver keeps professional drivers connected to their carrier's dispatch operation from assignment through delivery.

VIEW WORK CLEARLY

• See assigned and upcoming loads, pickup and delivery stops, schedules, references, and notes.
• Follow load progress and update operational milestones.
• Review route information and hand assigned stops off to an external navigation app.

STAY CONNECTED

• Message your assigned dispatcher and the safety, maintenance, owner or custom contacts your carrier makes available.
• Receive load and dispatch notifications when enabled.
• Share location during active loads when you grant location permission, including optional background updates.

GET AI ASSISTANCE

• With your permission and your carrier's AI settings, ask dispatch questions and share incident photos for AI-assisted review.
• Report a maintenance concern with a photo and receive guidance while dispatch is alerted when attention is needed.
• Review the AI providers and data-sharing choice before processing, and change your permission in Settings.

HANDLE DOCUMENTS

• Capture or select Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and other load documents.
• Review extracted details and validation results before saving.
• See document status and history for each load.

KEEP TRACK OF PAY AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS

• View driver-visible settlements, status, line items, deductions, and net pay.
• Edit your profile and notification or location preferences.
• Enable device biometrics for quicker sign-in on supported devices.
• Access support, privacy and terms, sign out, or request account deletion inside the app.

An active DispatchPilot Driver account provided by a participating carrier is required. This is a carrier operations companion; it is not a public load marketplace.

For safety, do not interact with the app while driving. Use it only when safely parked.
