how to open this app is very much critical. When I forgot my password, they told to use user ID or email ID to get OTP.But how to put this OTP and where,they can't specicify.So it's is not useful to me.

I had forgotten my credentials so wanted to reset them and login. But the app won't send the confirmation email and otp to my number. I lost a substantial amount of money for not being able to login and this was not the first time this occurred.

worst app and irrespective response comparatively kotak LnG app. I don't expect from HDFC. I unable to mark attendance owing to non streaming video from this app. what I do.
