About this app

DistributeIQ is the command centre for FMCG and dairy distribution — stock, orders, trips, invoices, crates and collections in one connected system, from the warehouse floor to the distributor's doorstep.

An order placed in the app reserves stock and raises a GST invoice in the same transaction. The warehouse ticks off the load sheet. The driver delivers, collects and swaps crates — offline if the signal drops. By the evening the trip is settled and the numbers are already updated.

A DAY, END TO END

• Catalogue and pricing — SKUs in box, crate, kg or litre. Four price tiers set once, then applied to every order automatically.
• Orders — distributors order from the app or over the phone. Stock reserves and the invoice is raised together.
• Load sheet — the warehouse ticks off each line, adjusts quantities live, and sees credit warnings before anything leaves the gate.
• Out for delivery — drivers verify items, collect payment, swap crates and capture proof of delivery.
• Settlement — cash, advances and expenses reconciled per trip. The daily cash sheet closes route by route.
• Insight — revenue, credit health, distributor growth and route performance, already updated.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

• Works with no signal. Drivers verify, collect and settle offline; each step is checkpointed and the queue resumes exactly where it stopped when the network returns.
• Proof of delivery captured as photos and signatures, attached to the order.
• Biometric re-authentication, so nobody is typing a password at a delivery point.

THE BOOKS, WITHOUT RE-KEYING

• GST invoices line by line. HSN codes and tax rates are snapshotted onto each line as it is raised, so reprinting last year's invoice still shows last year's rates.
• Tally-ready XML export. Ledgers and vouchers import as they are — no CSV surgery at month end.
• Payments by UPI, NEFT/RTGS, cheque or cash, with credit notes and debit notes handled properly.
• Credit limits enforced when the order is placed, not discovered at month end.

EVERY CRATE ACCOUNTED FOR

Issued, returned and outstanding, tracked against the party who holds them — rather than reconstructed from memory at the end of the month.

ONE APP, FIVE ROLES

Admin, Supervisor, Executive, Driver and Distributor each get their own screens and their own permissions. Accountants and platform administrators use the web app.
