app keeps throwing up error messages. tried uninstalling and reinstalling. same thing keeps happening. tried clearing cache. tried logging out and logging in. anytime I go to a new tab, error message. nonstop. I can't access my promo cards. I can't do anything. this started happening about a month ago. before that it was flawless and no problems whatsoever. idk what's going on now. but it is unusable.

loved it for 5 months, bought a one year subscription then I could not login, I sent 4 or 5 support messages was told different things 2 times mostly I got were busy and will get to you soon over a month nothing resolved. worst customer service I have ever had. was told to hold for a human on phone two different times 45 to 47 minutes. let messages to call me, to email me. to solve the problem. nothing. I have 24 published songs and 30 unpublished now I've wasted time i have demanded refund.

I have been using this for years and now all I have is delayed load times glitches and just overall poor performance I go to upload an album it takes 10 years to load I'm halfway through uploading an album and it glitches out and makes me restart the whole damn process again. It also has delayed my releases etc. I'm seriously considering changing platforms if it keeps up
