I couldn't even successfully sign up for an account to shop in the app. It would ask for my email and send a verification code but the app would glitch from the passcode entry screen back to the login screen everytime I went to retrieve the code from my email. I tried 6 times before giving up. I think if the app is coded so poorly their customer service is guaranteed to be a hassle.

App is mostly useless to me, thanks to the awful 'what's my size' AI being forced on the user. It's ALWAYS wrong for me. I need the actual size charts, and those refuse to load in the app. The link is available but does nothing. Come on, y'all, don't you want money? I can't buy clothes if I can't be relatively sure it'll even vaguely fit, and your AI sizing is TERRIBLE. Otherwise, the app is great, which is the only reason I give an extra star. It could be perfect with exact sizing info.

I like the shop distrubia they have cute stuff and I've near encountered anything wrong with the quality. it is a little pricey but there are things you can find during sales just gotta make sure you're quick or else your size will be out of stock. I don't like the app I can't read reviews and like others said I constantly have to sign in. I'm deleting the app and just going to keep using the browser.
