HOW IT WORKS
During your shift, press record and dictate what you observe naturally: "Bed 3 stable, administered analgesic, patient reports partial relief." NexEvo groups your notes by patient and, when documenting, generates the complete progress note in the format you need: SOAPIE (MINSAL standard), by ICU system, chronological narrative, or your institution's custom template.

At the end of your shift, it generates the SBAR report for handover in seconds.
