Got all setup go to make payment, app crashes. Try it again app crashes. Try to use kiosk first one i try touch screen doesn't respond at all. Try another one not taking cash at this time. Worst system I have tried to use. Not to mention they say its free but if you do credit card there is a 3 percent charge of the total amount paid. Thanks but no thanks I'll stick with a money order and drop off. Maybe they will get it right eventually.

The only thing good about this app is the convenience of not having to go search for a kiosk. However, the app keeps rejecting my card, forcing me to have to go to a kiosk anyway. It won't let me delete old payment methods, and I can't even set up Auto-Pay since the app won't accept my card.

Easy to navigate, found my accounts and allowed payment. A few things seemed odd from a development standpoint but its no hassle to retype an email address when compared to dealing with the city of Detroit directly.
