About this app

Dive Inventory supports dive centers and their authorized staff with daily equipment management.

Scan equipment via NFC, assign it to a student, and document issuance and return. Packing lists help you compile the necessary equipment and check for completeness upon issuance.

Features:

• Detect equipment via NFC and view current inventory
• Issue equipment to students and document returns
• Capture weights and digital signatures upon issuance
• Use packing lists and completeness checks
• Mark defective or missing equipment upon return
• Assign returns to storage or instructor inventory
• Record issuances and returns locally when there is no connection and synchronize later; the necessary data must be loaded beforehand

• Optionally use saved login information and device biometric authentication

Dive Inventory is a work app for dive centers, not an app for private course booking. Use requires a user account provided by the dive center, appropriate permissions, and an active equipment license. You will be assigned to a dive school during registration; a separate app for each dive school is not required.

NFC scans require an NFC-enabled device and compatible tags. Data access and synchronization are handled through the respective dive school's backend system.
