Diversidade SA is the first business community in Latin America to focus on diversity and in a digital format.

Conceived by startup Blend Edu, the objective of this solution is to bring together companies committed and engaged with diversity on a single platform, creating an environment of exchange (benchmarking and sharing of good practices), continuous learning and exponential impact.

It works through an annual subscription, which varies with the number of users registered by the company (HR professionals, members of affinity groups, diversity committees, etc.).

Diversidade SA's mission is to democratize access to the best methodologies, tools and diversity specialists through technology, making knowledge more accessible to companies of different sizes and regions in Brazil.
