It has never gone thru on the app and customer service turns round in circles asking for emails with docs to no end - I've been on this attempt to update KYC since November The update of 17th Feb broke it completely, the app won't load at all Hopefully this and other issues are fixed soonest, it'll be a world-class app

After this last update, the app is not opening. please fix it. I can't access my account anymore.

The update made the app bad. I couldn't log in anymore after i was forced to do update and I have to look for an alternative app to do my transactions. Up till now, I can't log in. The app is unresponsive since.
