Amazing app, money exchange is a breeze and competitive rates However, it's been impossible for me to upgrade transaction limits by KYC. It has never gone thru on the app and customer service turns round in circles asking for emails with docs to no end - I've been on this attempt to update KYC since November The update of 17th Feb broke it completely, the app won't load at all Hopefully this and other issues are fixed soonest, it'll be a world-class app

After this last update, the app is not opening. please fix it. I can't access my account anymore.

i tried it out and I can say that they're fast in processing transactions and very reliable
