About this app

**ParkEasy** is a simple, on-device parking management app for lots and stands. Record vehicle entry and exit, set your own pricing, print tickets and receipts on a Bluetooth thermal printer, and generate reports—all without sending your data to the cloud.

**CORE FEATURES**

**Entry & exit**
• Record entry and exit for Bike, Car, and Cycle with separate capacity limits
• Optional vehicle number; optional number-plate photo with **photo-to-text (OCR)** for Indian plates (e.g. TN36AA3455)
• Optional vehicle photo; choose to delete photos on exit or keep for a set number of days
• Lost-ticket flow with configurable charges per vehicle type

**Pricing your way**
• **Time slab** – Different rates for different time bands (e.g. 0–3h, 3–6h, 6–24h)
• **Hourly** – First hour + extra hour rate, with a max daily cap
• **Flat day** – One fixed price per day
• **Per 12-hour block** – Fixed rate per 12-hour block
• Configurable **grace periods** (entry and slot) and lost-ticket charges for Bike, Car, and Cycle

**Thermal printing**
• Connect a **Bluetooth thermal printer** to print entry tickets and exit receipts
• Works with common ESC/POS-compatible printers

**Reports & logs**
• **Daily report** – Summary for a chosen date (export/share as PDF)
• **Collection summary** – Date range collection (PDF)
• **Current parking** – List of vehicles currently parked (PDF)
• **Vehicle activity** – History for a vehicle number (PDF)
• **Lost ticket report** – Lost-ticket transactions (PDF)
• **Transaction logs** – Daily text logs (e.g. for recovery); store in app folder or a custom folder you choose

**Data & security**
• **Backup & restore** – Save and restore parking data (vehicles, settings, pricing) on your device or storage
• **Owner PIN** – Optional PIN to protect access to the app
• **License activation** – Optional device-bound license (contact developer for key)
• Your parking data, photos, and logs stay on your device; we do not collect them (see Privacy Policy)
