Ratings and reviews

The login page has issues. Not allowing me to enter the phone number to receive OTP.

Fast and usable. However, in order to raise it's rating: 1 Expand it's usability by being able to access more bills and associated receipts 2 Allow people to see whether they've missed out on a bill payment and, if so, take IMMEDIATE remedial action to contain further damage. 3 Help the less tech-savvy to access billing information. 4 Don't try and over-reach. Keep the App as simple as this is.

Feels like a 10 yr old app. Lots of bugs. Unwanted notification sounds even when disabled. Doesnt work half of the time. Not worth it.
