About this app

AdministraGym is the management system for small and medium-sized gyms that fits in your pocket: members, memberships, attendance, payments, point of sale, workouts, physical assessments, inventory, and reports—all from your phone, without needing an internet connection.

👥 Members — Add, edit, search, and view the status (active/inactive/suspended) of each member, with profile picture, optional official ID, complete history of payments, attendance, and assessments, and a digital membership card with a QR code to share via WhatsApp.

💳 Memberships — Predefined plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) or customized plans. Assign or renew a member's membership in seconds: the system automatically pulls the cost of the current plan.

📅 Attendance — Register a member's entry by searching for them by name, instantly check if their membership is active, and view the daily attendance summary.

💰 Payments — Collect membership fees or sales to the general public, with a PDF receipt and direct delivery via WhatsApp.

🛒 Point of Sale — Sell gym products (water, drinks, supplements, accessories) with a shopping cart, quantity control, discounts by percentage or fixed amount, automatic cash change calculation, and real-time inventory deduction. Itemized sales receipt in PDF format.

🏋️ Workouts — Create routines for each member with exercises, sets, reps, weight, and rest periods, from a catalog of more than 15 exercises per muscle group.

📋 Physical Assessments — Record weight, height, BMI (calculated automatically), body fat percentage, and body measurements, with a historical progress graph.

📦 Products — Inventory with low stock alerts, categories, and photos.

💸 Expenses — Track expenses by category (rent, utilities, salaries, etc.).

📊 Reports — 9 types of reports (sales, payments, memberships, attendance, partners, expenses, estimated profit, products, due dates) by date range, exportable to PDF, Excel, and CSV.

👤 Users and Roles — Accounts for Administrator, Receptionist, and Trainer, each with access only to what they need.
