About this app

Homespay is a service that helps tenants who are overdue or short on cash for rent or management fees for all real estate contracts, including houses, commercial properties, offices, short-term rentals, and dormitories, pay their rent or management fees via interest-free credit card payments. 1. Industry-lowest service fee of 2% to 3%
- Monthly rent (business landlord): 2.9% of the original payment amount (excluding VAT)
* A remittance of KRW 1,000,000 results in a total payment of KRW 1,031,900
- Monthly rent (individual landlord) and management fees: 3.6% of the original payment amount (excluding VAT)
* A remittance of KRW 1,000,000 results in a total payment of KRW 1,039,600

2. No consent required from the counterparty or landlord
* Tenants can make payments without the landlord or other counterparty signing up for the service, and the money is deposited into the remittance account under the remittancer's name.

3. Reservation transfer available
- Business landlord: Reservation transfer available (after 4 business days)
- Individual landlord and management fees: Reservation transfer available (after 1 business day)
* Excluding weekends and holidays

4. Easy payment and installment payments available
* Card payments require at least 10 clicks Reduced
* Installment payments are available up to three times per month (minimum of 50,000 won per payment).

5. Interest-free installment payments and point accumulation
* 2-3 months of interest-free installment payments are available depending on the card issuer and earn points.

6. Choose between income tax deductions, rent deductions, and purchase deductions.
* Individuals can claim income tax deductions or monthly tax deductions for credit cards.
* Businesses can claim VAT on service fees or claim small and medium-sized tax on the entire payment amount.
