Home Pay is a service that helps tenants who are late in paying rent or management fees for all real estate contracts such as houses, shopping malls, offices, short-term rentals, and dormitories, or who are short of cash, pay with interest-free credit cards to avoid overdue payments.
1. Industry’s lowest service fee of 2% to 3%
- Monthly rent (lessor business): 2.9% of the original payment amount (VAT excluded)
* When transferring 1,000,000 won, a total payment of 1,031,900 won is made.
- Monthly rent (lessee’s individual) and management fee: 3.6% of the original payment amount (VAT excluded)
* When transferring 1,000,000 won, a total payment of 1,039,600 won is made.
2. No need for consent from counterparty or landlord
* The lessee can pay without the counterparty, such as the lessor, having to sign up for the service, and the money is deposited into the other party’s account under the name of the sender.
3. Immediate remittance and scheduled remittance possible
- Landlord business: Reserved remittance possible (after 4 business days)
- Landlord's personal and management fees: Immediate remittance or scheduled remittance possible

4. Easy payment, split payment possible
* Number of clicks reduced by more than 10 when paying by card
* Installment payment possible up to 3 times a month (minimum 100,000 won per payment)
5. Interest-free installments, point accumulation
* Depending on the card company, interest-free credit card installments for 2 to 3 months are available and you can receive point benefits.
6. You can choose between income deduction, rent deduction, and purchase deduction expense treatment.
* Individuals can receive credit card income deduction or monthly tax deduction.
* Businesses can purchase service fee VAT or process small and medium-sized taxes on the entire payment amount.
