Still a great bank. The app works well if your tasks are exceedingly simple (i.e. checking your immediate balance.) I'm just frustrated with the rough edges of the app. Can't access transactions older than 30 days in the app, have to log in through a browser. And the check-detection algorithm has gotten dumber, often it doesn't recognize checks and any checks that come attached to a statement must be detached from it to deposit them, meaning it's just easier to lose one piece or the other. Write something better.

I like biometric login but only having the past 30 days of transactions with no option to view statements is a bit of a drag. Forces me to log in to a computer to check month old or more transactions. This is especially problematic if I am trying to verify a cleared check, compare monthly expenses, or see past balances. Fix and it is a solid banking app with card control, account info, etc. No Zelle access on Smasung Device? Why not?

Just tried to check my balance and it won't let me log in. Some type of error. I just used it last night to check my balance and it worked. I think this is a very poorly designed app as I'm never able to do anything on it. What's the purpose of mobile banking if you can't ever access it??? It doesn't work way more than it does.. I'm thinking of switching banks anyway.
