wrost app i ever used , many time it's not open , once uninstall this and again instal then it's open, many more problem

App keeps logging out and giving trouble logging back in. Error while login "Operation Fail". Can the app maintenance team attempt to fix it?? There are multiple similar experiences by other customers. Also while it's logged in, multiple times it doesn't load live view or recordings and says "Connection Fail".

I keep getting an error as connection fail and also unable to download the recordings or retreive recordings though I am using a very fast 450 mbps internet speed. This happens often and no one is helping me and have informed this issue several times. Worst D link app only the camera is good but the application to view live and to view recordings it does not work. Address my issue immediately!
