App worked for me. Appears to be a first attempt at an app. Hopefully it will improve at some point. Very annoying that you have enter login credentials each and everytime. Can't understand why I have to remember my account number every time I need to login. App also is just a shortcut to the website to pay bills. Might as well just not make an app and make the website fully mobile ready.

Initially, the app worked perfectly fine to pay bills and for internet use parental control and then it stopped working. Seeking Customer Service for assistance was a waste of time. Customer Service Rep Raj gave the worst customer service (he put me on hold and then hung up the call). I will NOT recommend the app to my friends.

Worst app i have ever used. Passwords always give trouble and the reset process is a waste of time. Terrible and has been so for months. Seems they enjoy customers having to wait to get through in customer service for them to reset it , only for it to mess up days later. You would think you can pay your bill in other ways but that too is impossible. Do better
