App worked for me. Appears to be a first attempt at an app. Hopefully it will improve at some point. Very annoying that you have enter login credentials each and everytime. Can't understand why I have to remember my account number every time I need to login. App also is just a shortcut to the website to pay bills. Might as well just not make an app and make the website fully mobile ready.

Amplia's service is terrible now. I remember boasting about this service back in 2018 (the big flood) when everyone else servers were down in my area, Amplia's functioned at high speed - now it's trash. The upgrades seems like down grades. I can't log onto the app no matter how many times I try - had success in the past. l Prices are increased and service decreased. Speed and service -nil. Leaving them very soon and take my 11 referrals with me.They really need to get it together.

I have been trying to get started for weeks, but I'm facing persistent issues that prevent me from using it effectively. This needs to be resolved. Still unable to log in after many tries and customer service was no help.
