Melody Creator is a free music app melody maker for music creators, DJs, and music producers. Melody Creator is an easy-to-use melody maker: You need only to touch Create button to create random melodies in your preferred music scale. you can also listen to your new random melody with different instruments and different background rhythms to reach music inspiration. You can also create your own melodies from scratch.

To create music you need three components: Melody, Rhythm, and Harmony. One of the most difficult parts to create a song is the melody since sometimes we tend to use the same notes without identifying anything new. Melody Creator helps you to generate totally random melodies according to the selected scale and key. This helps you to enhance your creativity and music inspiration when composing your own original melody. With this music app, you can edit and change all the melodies that you generate at will and play them with different rhythms and instruments.

With Melody Creator, you can:

6. Select among no rhythm, metronome or more than 20 different rhythms that are constantly updated, in order to go with your melody

I just downloaded the app and was able to create two new melodies of my own in 5 minutes without any tutorial. For me, it is intuitive. I don't imagine I will use the automatic melody generator, but will likely use the manual mode very often to create new song ideas. Thank you for the amazing app!

I can't change pentatonic major to major, it just doesn't update. Why is pentatonic major the default anyway? edit: I don't think I can reply to your comment but if you do read this, I know about the setting. That setting didn't work, I saved the changes but it didn't actually apply. When I leave the settings screen then come back, the scale appears as pentatonic major again.

This app is not about helping anyone build melodies. It is instead an ad server that lets you dabble in over-simple melodies periodically. If hope this isn't the current app model.
