Worst app i have ever experienced, i subscribed there service to watch a cricket match and they deducted a balance of 15 from my account. Even after subscription the channel was not working, and i called ther helpline.There call agent was an inexperienced person as instead of sorting out my issue, she told me that she had launched your complain and your issue would be resolved after 24 hour. And i was in shock as i subscribed to watch a match which is going to end in 4 hours.

Such a lame and pathetic scam by Telenor in coalition with easypaisa app and Goonj. They let you sign in only by making a payment and then you can't un-subscribe and easypaisa app would keep paying this subscription without taking account Holder's approval. And when i reached out to easypaisa they simple told me to contact Goonj app and there was no one to contact at Goonj. The contact Info given is "powered off" mobile number. I mean this should in no way be a LEGAL.

Amm sick of this app. For the last 2 months they are deducting Rs 15/ week from my easypaisa account without my approval. There is no way u can unsubscribe this offer. Amm trying to unsubscribe from this offer but couldn't cuzzzz u are just fixed in this scam. I guess that's the biggest scam telenor and Goonj are playing with u. Likee who gives an off WhatsApp number for unsubscribing an offer? Kindly guys don't subscribe their offer otherwise there is no returning back.
