updated from one star to three because the most recent update of this app has actually solved several issues I was having with it. As someone who uses this app multiple times per day every single day I used to suffer no end of frustration with how the app used to be but the recent update has a cleaner layout and a lot of the issues have been fixed. still minus two stars for not being able to zoom the camera during confirmation photos and random crashes but still better than what it used to be

Draining battery. Overheating phone. constantly wanting to run my location. Even though I've already checked into the job. Keege telling me you have checked in location location location If you guys can't fix it, destroy it. And start over, because you're not going to pay for any battery. For my phone or pay for a phone regardless

DMG’s model is not built for professional trade partners. We are bowing out after 2 jobs due to several operational deal-breakers: Low Compensation: Unrealistic rates of $50–$80/hr for licensed technicians & low pay for required specialized equipment. Inflexible Support: Basic tasks like technician reassignment are unnecessarily difficult and not DIY-friendly in their app. Slow Pay: Payments take months to process. Unless you are a low-cost provider with low-grade equipment, this is not a fit.

-Business critical areas for snow jobs: The app now guides you through capturing photos of each business critical area for the customer. Directed prompts help ensure the areas that matter most are documented.
