One DMI is a contemporary platform for improving employee engagement. Our mobile app makes it easy for employees to submit their self-review and gives manager easy access to conduct 360 feedback, goals review and quarterly appraisals. People leaders can acknowledge and conduct appraisals with ease on the mobile. The mobile app also gives a unified platform for conducting a single Reward and Recognition program for the whole DMI globally. Nominations and Winners are managed on platform while shortlisting is done by HR outside the platform in this release. It offers opportunity for collaboration even when you are away from the desk.

Update took me to something that says for employees. I'm NOT an employee. Also said it said it would use Microsoft 365 account which I don't have and don't want. Was easy to use to look up balance and make payment and now it's not.

The app is beautiful and easy to navigate, but the fact that I have to write up to 2K characters of self-review on my phone's keyboard is a nightmare
