Spring day when the cherry blossoms grow branches from the left and right and the buds begin to unravel
The main character has returned to his hometown of Kanazawa as a new teacher.
"Ishikawa Prefectural Weibuki High School", where the main character is assigned, is a historic public high school that has been in business for 126 years and is one of the top-class advanced schools in the prefecture with both literary and military arts.
The "brass band club" of Weibuki High School was a strong school that was a regular at national competitions, but it was virtually abolished due to an event.
Meanwhile, new first graders who call Arashi enter the school and the main character gets caught up in the turmoil of the resurrection of the "brass band".
