About this app

The Virtual Keypad™ App gives you control of your security system on-the-go. Connect to your home or business system to arm or disarm, control lights, locks, thermostats and more, easily with your app. Even view and record video from your security cameras.

Ratings and reviews

Overall a decent app, functionality could be a little better though and I'd love to see more integrations with thermostats and other items. I realize this is an alarm and security should absolutely be the highest priority but it won't hook up to my smoke alarms, thermostats, cameras, or smart plugs and other than the smart plugs, the device brands are each the top name in their respective fields.

Even on lowest sensitivity setting it goes off for every bird or bug that flies by. It goes off when a car drives down the street and my house is 150 yards from the street. Worst of all, it is so slow. When someone come to the front door and knocks, they can leave and start driving away before I get the notification. Very slow to load, even with high speed full wifi signal. If there was another option, I would use it

The app is extremely slow to load. Can the developers find a way to speed up the connecting to the app? This app loads as if it were connecting via dial up internet. The problem isn't my home internet or mobile provider, it is the app. Another thing, if someone has accidentally set off an alarm, the app will not let you disarm remotely. THIS is Terrible, please find a fix! Otherwise, the app does the basic things it's intended to do.
