The Virtual Keypad™ App gives you control of your security system on-the-go. Connect to your home or business system to arm or disarm, control lights, locks, thermostats and more, easily with your app. Even view and record video from your security cameras.

Worked horrible wirh iphone. Always crashing or just wont set the alarm at all and super slow if it did. With Android it's been great. Super fast no crashes. My issue is why is this not compatible with google or homekit! There is a work around with iphone shortcuts but no voice control. Then there's no work around with Android. Its 2024...time for google and ios compatibility! Also my app did update the other night and it look nice and sleek but then it reverted back to the old look. Bummer

update 4 yrs later. WORSE THAN BEFORE w/EXTRA BUGS- forgets login info every 30 sec . 2020 review: Clunky & confusing. Can't set schedule to turn off perimeter, keeps up popping up the message "no devices". Bad DESIGN, NOT user-friendly, and the manual/help online is a joke. I think it might be for iOS only, talks about things not found in app. Also, it was written like they were being charged per word, they might as well have written - sucks to be you.). Now get connection time outs!

The app is great 75% of the time. There have always been some bugs(since I've used it ), mostly with wifi connection issues, but those are pretty negligible. However, the past month or so(October-November 2024), the app has froze or crashed at least once a week. Closing/restarting the app does not fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still, it's crashed. I've found that if I close the app and wait a few hours and reopen the app, it works just fine.
